Reduce several PDFs to one document
Application bundles nearly always want a single PDF: ID, diploma, transcript and reference letter as one ordered document rather than four attachments. This tool combines the PDFs you choose, in the order you choose, into one file. If the CV and cover letter are not written yet, the CV maker produces both as one PDF; add certificates here afterwards.
Pages are not re-encoded — they are carried across as they are. Text stays selectable, image quality is unchanged, and the file does not bloat.
Work by looking, not by filename
Every PDF you add appears in the list with a cover preview and its page count. When filenames all look alike — `scan_01.pdf`, `scan_02.pdf` — you identify each document by its first page instead of guessing from the name.
Drag to reorder, and remove anything added by mistake with one click. The merge happens in your browser; your documents are never uploaded.
How to merge PDF files into one
Step 1: Select your PDFs
Drag in at least two PDF files. You can add them all at once.
Step 2: Set the order
Use the cover previews to drag the documents into the right sequence. Each card shows how many pages that file has.
Step 3: Merge and download
Press merge and the combined PDF is ready immediately. Your source files stay unchanged.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are not recompressed, they are copied into the new document as they are. Text stays selectable and images are unaffected.
How many files can I merge?
There is no fixed limit. A large number of big documents may take a little longer, depending on your device’s memory.
Can I reorder the documents afterwards?
You can rearrange as much as you like before merging. Once merged the order is fixed — to change it, fix the list and merge again.
Do password-protected PDFs work?
Files that require a password to open cannot be read. Create an unprotected copy first.
Are my files sent to a server?
No. Merging happens in your browser and your documents never leave your device.
