Summary

No file you open in Novexa Studio is ever sent to our servers. Every conversion, clean-up and analysis runs directly in your own device’s browser (client-side). Because your file never leaves your device, it is technically impossible for us to see, store or share it.

1. Data We Process

1.1. The files you open — never processed by us, never stored

Images, PDFs and Word documents are processed in your browser’s memory. Nothing is uploaded, copied or logged. When you close the tab, the data is cleared from memory.

1.2. Metadata analysis

The Metadata Cleaner reads details such as GPS location, device model and capture time from your photo in your browser solely in order to show them to you. This information is never transmitted or recorded anywhere.

1.3. Technical data collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and our analytics/advertising services may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring address. This data is not used to identify you personally.

1.4. Enquiries by email

When you email us, we process the details you send in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed for that purpose, unless a statutory retention period applies.

2. Cookies and Third-Party Services

The following third-party services may be used on this site:

• Google AdSense — may use cookies to serve ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show you interest-based advertising. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ad Settings.
• Google Analytics — may use cookies for anonymous usage statistics.
• Vercel — used to host and deliver the site.
• Vercel Web Analytics — counts page views without cookies and without building user profiles; it records the page, referring address, country, browser and device type.

Neither Google AdSense nor Google Analytics is loaded on the pages under /de/webdesign.

Because your files are never sent to us, there is no file record you could ask us to delete. With regard to technical and analytics data, you have the right to access, correct and erase it, and to object to its processing. Contact us with any such request.

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group.
