By using Novexa Studio (the “Service”) you agree to the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

Novexa Studio is a free, entirely browser-based platform offering file conversion and editing tools. Every operation runs on the user’s own device; files are not uploaded to our servers.

2. “As Is” Provision and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will run uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. The accuracy, formatting fidelity and usability of conversion results must be checked by the user.

3. Responsibility for Data Loss

Because processing happens in your browser, data may be lost if the tab is closed mid-operation or the browser fails. Keeping backups of important files is the user’s responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service in order to:

• produce forged documents or official papers, or tamper with a document;
• commit fraud or identity theft, or create misleading content;
• infringe copyright or intellectual property rights;
• process content you do not hold the rights to;
• carry out any activity that breaks applicable law.

The metadata cleaner is offered so that users can protect the personal data (location, device information) in their own photos.

5. Intellectual Property

The Novexa Studio name, design and software belong to us. All rights in the files you process remain yours; we claim no rights over them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data or loss of profit.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
