About the Metadata Cleaner

This tool is designed to let you remove the personal data embedded in your photos, such as GPS location, device information and capture time. Preventing your location from being exposed before you share a photo online is a legitimate and common privacy need.

Using the tool to defeat content-authentication systems, to mislead others about the origin of a work, or to circumvent platform content policies is not supported, and we accept no responsibility for the consequences of such use.

Conversion Accuracy

The document and image conversion tools work on a best-effort basis; complex layouts, embedded fonts, tables and custom formatting may not be preserved exactly. We recommend checking the result before you use it.
